Energy! Jumping on the trampoline for 4 hours will make you tired!

Comfortable Clothes- Gym Shorts (Snow pants if you want, but they will get very warm)

Skis, Boots, Poles- Don't bring your nicest pair of skis!

Helmet- not required but recommended
